Island Paddle Bliss 2021

 

booking POLICY:

All participants acknowledge that they are over the age of 18 or have parental consent to willingly participate in classes, instruction, and activities lead by Island Paddle Bliss and its instructions.

18 and under booking policy:

At this time all children under the age of 18 require parental consent to join class. This will require prior approval from the child’s guardian before the start of the class via the online waiver form sent upon booking confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 24 hours of the start of the class. Cancellation requests within 24 hours will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total booking amount. All guests that do not give notice in advanced will be considered a no-show, charged in full, and considered ineligible for a refund.

All kids classes must meet the minimum of 3 participants per class in order to commence. In the event that this minimum is not met, you will be eligible for a full refund or given the opportunity to join the next available class. You will be notified within 12 hours of the start of the class if this should occur. Island Paddle Bliss reserves the right to cancel class at any given time with or without notice.

Rescheduling & credit POLICY:

In the event that you are unable to attend class, you may choose to credit your purchase towards a future booking. Please email, call, or text to reschedule via credit. If rescheduling, please contact me at least 2 hours prior to the start of the scheduled class.

CHECK-IN procedure:

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of the class to check in with me, store your belongings, and prep for the start of the class.

OPEN OCEAN disclaimer:

By participating in classes and instruction through Island Paddle Bliss, all participants acknowledge that activities takes place in the open ocean and therefore may be exposed to risks known and unknown.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All participants acknowledge that it is their responsibility to consult a licensed medical professional before participating in SUP Yoga classes, instruction, and activities lead through Island Paddle Bliss. All medical concerns, injuries, or other physical limitations must be conveyed to the instructor before the start of each class. All participants acknowledge that SUP Yoga is not a replacement for medical advice or treatment.

pregnancy restrictions:

At this time, we do not teach pregnant women.
