Hello everyone!
I’m Topaz, a former ballet dancer turned yoga teacher, among many other things-but above all, a lover of the ocean and nature. Welcome to my floating yoga studio, Island Paddle Bliss, where the body meets the ocean and moves in bliss! Join me off-shore for an experience you won’t forget! This practice is fun, lighthearted, and open to all the bliss seekers and mermaids out there.
Classes are led daily at XXX, located just xX minutes from the XXX port. No previous experience with SUP or yoga needed to join. All are welcome.
Paddle out for a fun and blissful experience with our signature paddle board yoga flow.
Enjoy a guided floating meditation, followed by a half hour open paddle.
Float on a neon-lit paddle board while the sun goes down in the evening.
Become a certified paddle board yoga instructor through Island Paddle Bliss’s 5 day immersion course in travel destinations around the world. You will learn how to transfer your classes from the mat to the paddle board on any body of water. Certified yoga instructors worldwide welcome to join.
Each day will feature five hours of training, including participating in classes, lectures, and practicals for SUP and SUP Yoga. No experience with water sports needed.
Training will take place at The Kahala Hotel & Resort, located just fifteen minutes south of Waikiki. You can stay on site at a discounted rate, or arrange your own accommodation.
You will graduate with a 25hr Continuing Education Certification accredited through the Yoga Alliance to utilize towards your current RYT status.
Join professional pianist, Suzuka, and Island Paddle Bliss founder, Topaz, on O’ahu in October of 2024 for a week long retreat featuring ballet classes accompanied to live music and self-discovery practices.
Enjoy daily on shore and off shore yoga classes and restorative practices surrounding self-discovery.
Take part in daily adult ballet classes and repertoire workshops accompanied by live piano music.
Experience the Gold Coast of Waikiki at the boutique Kaimana Hotel for a 6 night/7 day stay.
Get your kids out on the water during school breaks for stand up paddle board camps. They will experience daily SUP and SUP Yoga classes, on land creative activities, and local special guest Hawaiian Cultural activities. Ages 6+ are welcome to join in.
Daily stand up paddle board lessons, SUP Yoga classes, and paddle practice.
Lunch breaks and on land activities including art projects and special guest classes.
Age groups are divided up between ages 6-9 years old, 10-12 years old, and teens ages 13-15 years old.
